Customer can deliver sample to the laboratory:

1. With or without a contract (customer’s choice)
2. Fill out the application in the laboratory, giving out the following information:

• Customer’s name and address;
• Name and surname, e-mail and telephone number of the contactperson;
• Name and address of the place where sample has been taken;
• Sampling date and time;
• Exact place of the taken sample;
• Sample type;
• Parameters to be tested (with the laboratory’s help).

In order to facilitate the work, Customers can fill the protocol Protocol of sample receiving electronically and send it by laboratory’s e-mail: info@videsaudits.lv

Laboratory inform customers about the used test methods as well as the costs of it (according to the price list). The laboratory issuing an Invoice. After the payment is made, laboratory sends the test results by client e-mail address or by post.

Laboratory respects the confidentiality of the results of the analysis!
